• All original packaging, accessories, and components are included

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery are not eligible.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customer-preference returns (non-defective items):
  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Product defect or seller-related issues:
  The seller will cover the return shipping cost.

All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refund Conditions

Once the returned product is received at our designated warehouse and successfully inspected:

• If the item meets return requirements, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection completion

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

All vSeeBox devices include a free 1-year limited hardware warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions, including hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse or physical damage.

Warranty service may include repair or replacement, depending on the issue evaluation.

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage or accidental damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper use or handling

5. Order Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Refund eligibility is determined based on product condition and compliance with return requirements.
