All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before Friday at 18 P.M. on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship packages via FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and service availability.
After the order has been shipped, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is:
Handling Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time (5–10 business days) = Approximately 6–13 business days total
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All applicable customs duties, import fees, and taxes are paid by the seller. Customers will not be charged hidden customs fees at delivery for standard orders covered under this policy.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery status.
While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, or customs inspection. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
